How to make your session more effective:
The more we work together the more effective the session is. It’s a more efficient use of time to focus on one problem and write down questions prior to a session. The act of clarifying your thoughts is often a step towards healing. Help me to help you. I work best with yes or no questions. (Ask for samples.) My work enables self healing so you must be an active participant.
Your session is confidential. Everybody has secrets or things they aren’t proud of, I DO NOT share any info with anyone. Most people find the session relaxing and positive and come out feeling hopeful with a clearer path to a healthier, happier more contented life.
